Why is the fiber laser marking machine not accurately positioned?

1. The laser spot is locked and the output beam passes through a field mirror or galvanometer. There are shortcomings;
2. There may be damage to the lens, which will cause a mismatch of laser energy when the laser beam is emitted.
3. If the laser field mirror, galvanometer, and fixture are not properly adjusted, part of the light spot will be blocked. After focusing with a field mirror, the light spot on the frequency double film will not be round, resulting in uneven effects.

Why does the fiber laser marking machine have no marking results?

1. Use offset focus to draw objects in a certain way: Each lens has its own depth of field. If the focus is not correct, the result of the drawing will not be the same.

2. The chamber is placed in a horizontal position, so the galvanometer, field mirror and work table are not the same, which will cause the beam length to be different after output, resulting in ineffective results.

3. Thermal lens exposure: When the laser passes through the optical lens (refraction, reflection), the lens heats up and changes slightly. This deformation causes the laser focus to increase and the focal length to become shorter. If the machine is fixed and the viewing distance is adjusted, after the laser is turned on for a while, the intensity of the laser energy will change depending on the shape of the thermal lens of the object, resulting in a non-signal effect.
