Then look at your hardware: whether there are any problems with the beam, lens, nozzle, etc. Check the servo motor, or whether the cutting head is loose. The air pressure is not suitable. During the blowing process, when the air pressure is too low, edge scraping and carbonization will occur, and excessive pressure will easily cause holes to burst. Therefore, this requires the process proofer to cooperate with the machine and select the appropriate air pressure based on experience to make the cut round hole fuller.

The circular hole is too small. The solution for laser cutting machine to cut circular holes is 1:1 circular hole ratio, that is, the ratio of hole diameter to plate thickness is 1:1. Of course, this ratio, that is, the larger the hole diameter, the easier it is to cut a high-quality circular hole. Otherwise, when the fiber laser cutting machine has insufficient energy, it is easy to have residual breakpoints and the circular hole is not round when cutting small holes.

The servo motor parameters are incorrect. The circular hole sometimes appears elliptical or irregular, which is related to the mismatch of XY axis movement. The direct cause of the mismatch of XY axis movement is the inappropriate adjustment of servo motor parameters. Therefore, the quality of cutting circular holes also has certain requirements for servo motors.

The error is caused by the accuracy error of the guide rail and the lead screw. If the servo motor parameter error affects the cutting quality, then the accuracy error of the guide rail and the lead screw will directly lead to the round hole accuracy not meeting the expectations. This is related to the strength of the laser cutting machine manufacturer. Usually, some small factories will deceive customers and say that the laser cutting machine accuracy can reach 0.1mm, but in fact, in the actual operation process, the quality and effect of laser drilling will be poor, affecting the added value of the product. Therefore, it is very necessary to choose a good and big brand laser cutting machine.
