What should I do if the cutting effect of metal laser cutting machine is getting worse and worse?

Metal laser cutting machines have two basic optical components: convex lens and radiator. Due to the contamination of materials during the long-term cutting process, the light transmission effect of the lens and radiator becomes worse and worse, resulting in worse and worse cutting results. Here are two tips for cleaning the lens and radiator.

Cleaning the lens of a metal laser cutting machine. First, bend the lens paper into several folds, soak it with a small amount of analytical pure acetone, and then gently wipe the lens surface with the soaked lens paper. Please note that you cannot press the lens with your fingers. Please wipe it repeatedly several times until the lens surface is clean and there is no dirt or residual traces left on the mirror surface. Blow it dry again, and roll the lens paper moistened with a few drops of acetone into a rod, and gently wipe the lens surface to remove heavy dirt drops. When using acetone, please avoid it absorbing excessive moisture from the air and causing it to deteriorate and pollute, so it must be sealed and stored. Do not mix the used acetone liquid with the original bottle. You should follow the principle of pouring as much as you use, and pour out the unused amount directly.

Cleaning of the reflector lens of the metal laser cutting machine. First, remove the lens, pad the mirror surface with paper so that the mirror surface faces upward, and drop a few drops of acetone on the paper and gently pull the paper across the mirror surface. Repeat the above steps several times until the mirror surface is clean and free of dirt, and then install the lens into the mirror holder.
