Comply with the general safety operating procedures of cutting machines. Start the laser strictly according to the laser startup procedure; the operator must be trained, familiar with the equipment structure and performance, and master the relevant knowledge of the operating system; wear labor protection equipment as required, and must wear protective glasses that meet the requirements near the laser beam; do not process a certain material before clarifying whether it can be irradiated or heated by laser to avoid potential dangers of smoke and steam.
When the equipment is running, the operator must not leave his post without authorization or ask someone to take care of it. If he really needs to leave, he should shut down the machine or turn off the power switch; keep a fire extinguisher within easy reach; turn off the laser or shutter when not processing; do not place paper, cloth or other flammable materials near the unprotected laser beam; if any abnormality is found during the processing, the machine should be shut down immediately, and the fault should be eliminated in time or reported to the supervisor.
Keep the laser, bed and surrounding area clean, orderly and free of oil. Workpieces, plates and waste materials should be stacked according to regulations. When using gas cylinders, avoid crushing welding wires to avoid leakage accidents. The use and transportation of gas cylinders should comply with the gas cylinder monitoring regulations. It is forbidden to expose gas cylinders to the sun or near heat sources. When opening the bottle valve, the operator must stand on the side of the bottle mouth; high-voltage safety regulations must be followed during maintenance. Maintenance should be carried out every 40 hours of operation or every week, every 1000 hours of operation or every six months in accordance with regulations and procedures; after starting up, the machine tool should be manually started at low speed in the X and Y directions to check and confirm whether there are any abnormal conditions.
