What are the daily maintenance requirements for laser cutting machines?

The laser and laser cutting machine should be kept clean and tidy in appearance and cleaned frequently. Check whether the machine tool x, y, and z axes can return to the origin. If there is a problem, check whether the origin switch collision block is offset. Clean the chip removal chain of the laser cutting machine. Clean the waste garbage on the discharge cart. Clean the debris on the exhaust filter net in time to ensure that the ventilation pipe is unobstructed. The laser cutting nozzle should be cleaned every 30 minutes or so to remove the metal slag sprayed on it. Check and replace the cutting nozzle regularly.

The cutting head should be calibrated once a day or when the nozzle or ceramic body is replaced. The process is as follows: move the cutting head to a position where the cutting nozzle is 10 mm away from the metal plate surface; adjust the capacitive sensor position adjustment potentiometer to about 10; press the “Servo Reset” button on the operation panel; then adjust the capacitive sensor position to the original position; move the cutting head to the original position.
